Position Overview: The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in our facilities, including vacuuming, mopping, trash removal, and minor repairs to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning designated areas (dusting, sweeping, mopping, restroom sanitation, etc.)
• Performing routine inspections and maintenance
• Handling special cleaning projects and heavy-duty tasks
• Reporting deficiencies and assisting with minor repairs
• Stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Adhering to safety and sanitation policies

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow safety procedures and policies
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Conditions and Physical Requirements: Indoor/outdoor work, exposure to various environmental conditions, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand and walk for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.

Compensation: $12.41/hr
