The Lead Engineer reports to the Chief Engineer and is responsible for maintaining Hampden House and delivering superior customer service to all residents. Duties include split system heat pump repairs, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned. Attendance is essential; the community is open 24/7, with weekend and overnight work possible.
Qualifications- Five or more years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills.
- High school diploma.
- Ability to lift 60 lbs. and safely move appliances.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 25 ft.
- Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred.
