Overview
ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Building Engineer.
Responsibilities- Support designated leadership with the daily operations of all building systems.
- Maintain and repair hard surface elements; perform basic carpentry and metal work.
- Operate, maintain, and repair all facility system equipment associated with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Respond to customer requests and submit and close work orders as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications- Experience with HVAC operations and related mechanical and electrical systems.
- Skills in basic carpentry and metal work.
- Ability to respond to requests, manage work orders, and perform duties as assigned.
