Building Engineer

Overview

ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Building Engineer.

• Support designated leadership with the daily operations of all building systems.
• Maintain and repair hard surface elements; perform basic carpentry and metal work.
• Operate, maintain, and repair all facility system equipment associated with HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Respond to customer requests and submit and close work orders as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience with HVAC operations and related mechanical and electrical systems.
• Skills in basic carpentry and metal work.
• Ability to respond to requests, manage work orders, and perform duties as assigned.
