This is a full‑time, on‑site Civil Maintenance Worker role based in Arlington, VA. Key responsibilities include performing routine equipment maintenance, ensuring the proper functioning of power tools, conducting carpentry and plumbing repairs, and executing preventive maintenance tasks. The role supports the upkeep and functionality of renewable energy assets and other facilities, requiring hands‑on technical work and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications- Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in handling Power Tools for various on‑site tasks.
- Knowledge of Carpentry and Plumbing to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to diagnose and address maintenance issues effectively.
- Capability to work in an on‑site environment and adhere to safety standards and procedures.
- Prior experience in civil maintenance or a similar role is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional certifications in maintenance or trades are a plus.
