Saul Company and Affiliates at our new property that is opening soon, Hampden House, located in Bethesda, MD.
Under the direction of the Chief Engineer, the Lead Engineer will be responsible for maintaining the property and providing superior customer service to all residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform split system heat pump repairs, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning and other duties as assigned. Salary range $36.00 to $43.00 per hour, non‑exempt, overtime compensated.
- Attendance is essential. The community is open 24/7; weekend work or overnight hours may be expected.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of engineering experience with strong customer service skills and a high school diploma.
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs. and safely move appliances, comfortable working with heights up to 25 feet.
- Experience in multifamily or hospitality environments preferred, but not required.
