Job Description: Tech Flow seeks to hire a Program Manager (PM) with a proven track record of success and deep expertise in managing government contracts, ensuring compliance, and delivering outstanding results. This individual will inspire teams and navigate complexity with creativity and innovation. The Program Manager will support the VP, Platform Services in executing large, complex customer programs and will oversee day-to-day operations.
The PM will establish and maintain strong professional working relationships with customers, direct reports, matrixed program team members, subcontractors, and other key stakeholders. Responsibilities may include daily operations and program management across field service maintenance, logistics, and administrative functions, as directed by leadership, ensuring appropriate staffing, resources, processes, tools, and training are in place to support successful program execution.
