• Supervise and manage the PMO staff and site managers to ensure effective execution of Task Order requirements
• Advise the Task Order Manager on all aspects of the Task Order and oversee contractor employees
• Manage timecards, annual evaluations, personnel actions, and budget estimates
• Build relationships with ARNG staff and MTC Commanders while ensuring accurate scheduling and execution of MC training
• Implement continuous process improvement initiatives to maintain quality assurance and relevance in training products

• MS/MA in management, business administration, or related discipline
• At least 5 years of related experience in program or project management
• Army experience as an Officer ranked Major or above, or as an NCO, CSM/SGM, or 1SG; or a CW5 with Senior Service Education completed
• Secret clearance
• Knowledge of Army training management

• Army National Guard experience highly desired
• MEL4 or MEL1 certification
• Experience managing an office executing multiple functional area contracts
