ASRC Federal Technology Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Manager with at least a Secret clearance to work on-site in Arlington, VA supporting a government customer. The Operation Manager will act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the ASRC Federal team supporting the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Serves as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues.
- Provides direct line of communication to corporate leadership.
- Oversees contractor execution of the task order requirements.
- Management of Defense Travel System.
- Management of ETMS2/TMT.
- Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources.
- Develop training for team.
- Works with the talent acquisition team to identify qualified candidates.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline for the position preferred. Associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience or general development education with 14+ years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS.
- Experience supporting Department of War staff organizations.
- 10+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Minimum of an active DoD Secret clearance required. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
