PositionSignificance is seeking a Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager to support an anticipated federal program.
This is a hybrid position and requires an active Secret Clearance.
The Strategic Communications Change Senior Manager will apply technical expertise and skills to implement business solutions related to strategic communications and/or change management.
Required Skills- At least 12 years of progressive experience supporting organizational change management, human capital development, workforce training, and/or process improvement for State and/or Federal Government agencies and/or large, complex companies (greater than 1,000) employees.
- Active Secret Clearance
- Five (5) years of concurrent experience providing strategic communications support in DoW for a one-star general or equivalent civilian, or higher grade.
$188,000 - $200,000 a year
At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.
We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
This position is also eligible for a comprehensive and generous benefits package.
