Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS. The Program Manager acts as the primary point of contact for the Government regarding contract execution.
• Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives. Lead the development and implementation of the Project Management Plan (PMP) and transition plans.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables, including monthly progress reports and SLA compliance. Coordinate with the Government Lead and COR to address emerging issues and risks.
• Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage 10+ team members in helpdesk and system administration functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary teams.
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience managing IT support contracts or similar projects. Alternatively, minimum 10 (or 12) years PM experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Active Secret Clearance.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Arlington, VA / Ft. Belvoir, VA – Onsite

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000

Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
