Hybrid position: required to be onsite, in Arlington, VA, Tuesday‑Thursday.

DescriptionResponsible for the efficient, effective, flawless delivery of strategic Innovation and Renovation projects for the Technical Applications Group (TAG): manage cross‑functional project teams with an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for operational excellence, to achieve project‑defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business needs. Promote the I2L Mindset.
Primary Responsibilities- Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑quality delivery of the project with flawless execution from concept to close.
- Lead the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders.
- Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans.
- Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed‑upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and elevate critical issues.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick‑off meetings, project team meetings, risk assessments, financial reviews, lessons learned, post‑launch reviews, and additional meetings as required.
- Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross‑functional team members and Project Management Lead.
- Responsible for the consistent application, execution, and continuous improvement of Nestlé’s I&R processes and tools.
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation as specified by relevant policies and procedures across assigned projects.
- Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and other program metrics.
- Responsible for making and ensuring the implementation of process improvements.
- Ability to influence cross‑functional teams and enable results through others with or without authority in a matrix‑like organization and agile mindset.
- Demonstrate courage and initiative to influence stakeholders with integrity and manage expectations.
- Comfortable leading discussions and communicating within project teams.
- Embrace details and ambiguity while keeping a general view to reduce complexity and strive for rapid but informed management decisions.

- Ensure and communicate business relevance with project team working towards a shared goal.
- Verify sustainable business value by continuously evaluating and challenging project purpose.
