DEA's Head of the Contracting Activity (HCA) and Bureau Procurement Chief (BPC) leads the agency's enterprise acquisition program in support of its global law enforcement mission. Serving as the principal acquisition advisor to executive leadership, the incumbent oversees acquisition strategy, procurement operations, policy, workforce development, and an annual contracting portfolio of nearly $1 billion, ensuring mission success and responsible stewardship of public resources.

- Executive Acquisition Leadership- Demonstrated experience leading a large, complex federal acquisition organization with responsibility for enterprise acquisition strategy, procurement operations, contract administration, acquisition governance, and workforce leadership.
- MTQ 2
- Strategic Business and Financial Management- Demonstrated ability to integrate acquisition planning with strategic planning, budget formulation and execution, organizational investment decisions, and enterprise risk management while overseeing large, complex acquisition portfolios.

- Executive Leadership and Organizational Transformation- Demonstrated experience advising senior executives, leading cross-functional organizations, driving enterprise modernization initiatives, building strategic partnerships, and achieving measurable organizational and mission results through innovation, collaboration, and sound business judgment.
