Position: Project Manager Professional (Secret #26-115)

Strategic Analysis, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Management Professional (PMP) to support the Biological Technologies Office (BTO) at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA).

Salary Range: $130-175K

Requirements
  • Candidate should bring substantial experience managing complex technical or operational programs with multiple stakeholders, interdependent work‑streams, and aggressive timelines.
  • Candidates who have already operated in high‑tempo, high‑consequence environments and know how to build and maintain execution discipline under pressure.
  • PMP to drive execution across a technically complex, operationally urgent, and nationally consequential mission.
  • This role is for a senior individual contributor role for a high‑output operator who can impose structure on ambiguity, synchronize multiple work‑streams at speed, and help leadership maintain control of a fast‑moving effort supporting a broader national response.
  • At least 3 years of experience in this type of role with a PMP certification.
  • Degree:
    Engineering, Science, Business, Program Management, Operations, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification is required.
  • Clearance:
    Secret required, ability to obtain TS/SCI.
  • Work Location:

    Full time onsite at Arlington VA headquarters, DARPA.
Responsibilities
  • Directly support project leadership by serving as the central execution integrator across planning, scheduling, coordination, risk management, milestone tracking, and decision support.
  • Help leadership maintain operational control of the mission by ensuring that technical, operational, regulatory, contracting, logistics, and stakeholder activities are aligned to the same objectives, timelines, and decision points.
  • Maintain the integrated master schedule, identifying critical path issues before they become delays, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that leadership has decision‑ready visibility into program status at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.
