Background:

Vectrona is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to lead contract execution for the NGB J5-J Strategic Planning Analysis Services contract. This role is responsible for program oversight, personnel management, task order execution, and customer engagement in support of high-level strategic planning, policy development, and interagency coordination for the National Guard Bureaus J5-J Plans Division.

The Program Managerwillserveastheprimaryinterfacebetweenthegovernmentandcontractorpersonnel ,ensuringallworkisexecutedtostandardanddeliveredontime.

Thisrolerequiresexpertisein Do Djointplanningprocesses ,organizational leadership,and performance-basedcontractmanagement.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Provideoverallmanagementandoversightofthe Strategic Planning Analysis Servicesprogramtoensurealignmentwithcontractrequirementsandmissionobjectives
ServeastheprimaryliaisonwithNGBJ5-Jleadershipandcontractingofficialstocoordinatepriorities,resolve issues,andmaintaincommunication
Oversee recruitment,onboarding,andsupervisionofacross-functionalteamofanalysts,planners,andsupportstaff
Managethequalityandtimelinessofdeliverables,includingstrategicpolicyproducts,CNGBissuances,meetingsupportmaterials,dashboards,and analysis
Monitorandreportprogramperformanceusingprojectmanagementtoolsandcontractperformancemetrics
Supportriskmanagement,change management,andcontinuousprocessimprovementacrossalltaskareas
Coordinatewithcorporateleadershiptoensuresufficientresourcesandtechnicalreach-backareavailabletotheteam

Preferred Education/Degree: (Required)

Bachelor’s degree in political science, International Relations, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimumof
10years’experience managing
