Key Responsibilities- Resource Management – Lead workforce planning and global resource strategy, manage hiring, recruiting, and internal staff mobility, and create processes that minimize emergency staffing interventions.
- Technical Leadership – Champion technical excellence with technologists; own and maintain core technical standards, establish best practices, embed QA/QC processes, and drive a culture of proactive quality.
- Strategic Planning – Develop long‑term staffing and skill strategies, drive succession planning and talent pipeline, and communicate business strategy to align team activities with organizational goals.
- Department Development – Design onboarding, training, and workflows that enable autonomy, foster coaching and mentoring, oversee performance reviews, and serve as a communication bridge for team needs and leadership updates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- More than 12 years of electrical engineering experience (15 years preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership of medium to large teams within a matrix organization.
- Strong inspirational and inclusive leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel to meet teams.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Hands‑on experience with electrical design tools and processes.
- Experience with data center projects, including hyperscale facilities.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing global teams.
- Experience as a section manager or similar role.
