• Resource Management – Lead workforce planning and global resource strategy, manage hiring, recruiting, and internal staff mobility, and create processes that minimize emergency staffing interventions.
• Technical Leadership – Champion technical excellence with technologists; own and maintain core technical standards, establish best practices, embed QA/QC processes, and drive a culture of proactive quality.
• Strategic Planning – Develop long‑term staffing and skill strategies, drive succession planning and talent pipeline, and communicate business strategy to align team activities with organizational goals.
• Department Development – Design onboarding, training, and workflows that enable autonomy, foster coaching and mentoring, oversee performance reviews, and serve as a communication bridge for team needs and leadership updates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• More than 12 years of electrical engineering experience (15 years preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership of medium to large teams within a matrix organization.
• Strong inspirational and inclusive leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to meet teams.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Hands‑on experience with electrical design tools and processes.
• Experience with data center projects, including hyperscale facilities.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and develop high‑performing global teams.
• Experience as a section manager or similar role.
