- Provide national oversight and support for refugee services program activities across USCRI's network of affiliates and field offices
- Deliver training and technical assistance to local providers on program implementation, compliance requirements, reporting expectations, and quality assurance practices
- Support monitoring and evaluation activities assessing program performance, service quality, client outcomes, and compliance with federal guidelines and funder requirements
- Collect, review, and analyze program data for grant reporting, project analysis, continuation applications, leadership updates, and funder deliverables
- Draft monitoring reports, document findings and recommendations, track corrective actions, and follow up with network offices to support timely resolution and continuous improvement
- Maintain program tools, trackers, templates, and documentation systems supporting consistent monitoring, reporting, and technical assistance
- Provide guidance and responsive support to affiliates and field offices on program requirements, documentation standards, reporting deadlines, and emerging implementation issues
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
- Master's degree from an accredited institution with at least two years of progressive experience in resettlement, humanitarian services, nonprofit program management, or another relevant field; or a Bachelor's degree with at least three years of progressive, relevant work experience
- Demonstrated experience providing case management, employment services, domestic refugee resettlement services, or overseas relief services is highly desirable
- Experience with grant management, program monitoring, data review, reporting, training, and technical assistance is preferred
- Strong writing, analytical, and computer skills
- Ability to prepare clear reports, review data, and communicate findings within required time frames
- Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, with experience tracking, verifying, and documenting program data and compliance information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and database systems
- Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with network agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically as needed
- Dedication to the rights of refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, and displaced persons
- Demonstrated support of USCRI's values, including respect for others, confidentiality, and appreciation of a multicultural workplace
Demonstrates expertise in program management, compliance, and data analysis within refugee services, ensuring effective training and support for affiliates. Proficient in grant management and reporting, with strong analytical and communication skills to enhance program performance and client outcomes.
