Director Role

You will be in charge of:

- The EHPAD La Résidence des Genêts which has 54 residents. The open housing facility was established in 1975 and became an EHPAD in 2008. Completely renovated in 2013, it offers spacious and comfortable accommodations for residents.

- The Régine Angée Culinary Pole, GIP Hardouinais Mené created in 2019, it produces meals for its beneficiaries: the residents of the EHPAD, school children from 7 communes, the daycare center as well as home meal delivery.

- The social action of the town of Merdrignac You want to commit to two solid structures: financially sound and with stable, competent, and welcoming teams in a dynamic town:

- Implement the orientations defined by the Administrative Councils of the CCAS and the GIP Hardouinais Mené.

- Manage the facilities in compliance with the regulations.

- Ensure the safety, well-being, and comfort of the residents.

- Supervise admissions and support future residents and families in collaboration with the admission committee.

- Manage, coordinate, and animate the teams (50 agents in total) by proposing participatory management and focusing on valuing the skills of each individual.

- Direct management of administrative staff, maintenance, and the two intermediate managers: the nurse coordinator for care and the kitchen manager for the culinary pole.

- Supervise the budgetary and administrative management and maintain the financial balance of the two structures in collaboration with the administrative and financial manager.

- Ensure the application of the different procedures in force and maintain relations with the authorities.

- Drive a project dynamic and operational quality approach.

- Supervise social aid and domicile files

Higher education level 1 (CAFDES), you have confirmed experience in the management of EHPAD or in the medico-social sector. Knowledge of the territorial public service. A true unifier with solid team management skills, you are recognized for your human qualities, communication, and listening skills. A strong proposer, you are a project leader. Organized and rigorous, you know how to manage your time to accomplish your various missions.

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the general code of the territorial public service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no candidacy of a civil servant has succeeded.
