STGI IS SEEKING A PROGRAM MANAGER ASSISTANT.

Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Assistant Program Manager provides day-to-day oversight and management of contract activities. The Assistant Program Manager shall possess the following minimum qualifications:

MAJOR DUTIES: (Assists in the following when designated or during the PM’s absence)
  • Act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract.
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall execution and administration of the programs under the contract and supported by the Account Manager.
  • Function as the single point of contact for the COR and CO, during absence of the PM.
  • Provide the COR with the names of the supervisory personnel on the contract, APM, Account Manager and Contract Coordinators
  • Responsible and accountable for the overall execution and administration of the programs under the contract.
  • Create and implement a Quality Control Plan (QCP) inclusive of all performance requirements, Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) and deliverables detailed within the SOW, and Section F-4:
    Deliverables. Execute and accurately document QCP activities, compliance status and performance outcomes, to include inspection, validation, evaluation, corrective action and procedures necessary to achieve quality control.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor the effectiveness of all program activities—recruiting/staffing, credentialing, scheduling, retention, compensation, QA/QC, transition, and management.
  • Define and implement monthly quality assurance reviews and internal audit procedures in a QCP, and document the results of such reviews and audits.
  • Develop work schedules, verify attendance at all posts and positions, and uphold the work requirements of all personnel assigned under the contract. Maintain and submit electronically to the COR weekly, J-12 – Staff Tracking Tool.
  • Responsible for the satisfactory supervision of company employees at all times.
  • Regularly report status of all deliverables; update the Government in weekly meetings as determined by the Government to ensure all deliverables are being met.
  • At Government direction, coordinate, arrange, and provide a quarterly and/or periodic review meeting onsite, virtually, or a combination of both.
  • Monitor compliance with contract requirements and performance objectives including adherence to all deliverable requirements, milestone timetables, and budgets.
  • Implement a corrective action plan on areas found deficient in performance, and ensure that all documentation (e.g., internal audit reports) related to them are available to the COR and the CO at any time during the execution and close-out of the contract.
  • Communicate with employees through individual meetings, group meetings, emails, blogs, newsletters, conference calls, and other methods.
  • Perform other duties as required by contract.
Required Skills Required Experience
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, human resources or related field required.
  • Experience:

    Minimum of five years supervisory experience, including experience working or overseeing healthcare staff, or working in a healthcare environment. Experience successfully managing remote staff and multiple locations required.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    Knowledge of recruiting and credentialing medical and nursing staff required. Excellent organizational skills are required; including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks concurrently. Excellent interpersonal skills required with the ability to communicate effectively and interact with people of diverse backgrounds. Should possess (or qualify for) relevant management or Human Resources certifications, such as PMP, CPC, CSP.
