Opportunity
Palladium is currently seeking a Manager, Project Delivery, fluent in French
, to support Project Nexus, a global digital health Fixed Amount Award (FAA) funded by the United States Department of State Global Health Security and Diplomacy division. The project works in over a dozen countries with centralized core funding and will achieve established quarterly milestone benchmarks that are 3, 6, 9, 12 months in duration. Aligned with the America First Global Health Strategy, Project Nexus emphasizes country ownership, accountability, efficiency, measurable results, and global health security.
Project Nexus focusses on the integration of digital platforms into interoperable ecosystems that provide real-time data for planning, accountability, and performance management. These systems will also support outbreak intelligence by connecting surveillance, laboratory, facility, and logistics data to enable earlier detection and faster responses to public health threats. The Manager serves as part of the Project Management Unit (PMU) that is responsible for the management and delivery of specific activity buy‑ins.
The Manager provides effective and efficient financial and compliance activities to deliver work in accordance with contractual obligations, company policies, local country settings, and client rules and regulations. Please note this is a project role with an end date of March 31, 2027, but has the option to be extended should additional client funding be made available and staff performance is excellent.
