The Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for First-Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to support the 767 Wing Majors team in Everett, Washington on 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift.
Responsibilities- Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
- Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees
- 3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role
- 3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniques
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Willing and able to work any shift (may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
- 1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data
- 1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 1+ years of experience in aircraft structures manufacturing process (preferably wings)
- 1+ years of experience with REDARS
- Commitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
Candidate may be selected for 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer. There may be additional shift requirements to support program objectives.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $126,500 - $146,500
