Responsibilities
- Act as an Owner’s Representative to our DoD customer
- Review the work of other BAS contractors providing QA/QC support
- Provide BAS expertise and opinions to the customer directly
- Deliver quality work via Commissioning / Emulation, Testing, and Simulation
- Maintain and improve client relationships
- Ensure Building Automation systems are optimized
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years of experience with BACnet, LON, MODBUS or other related HVAC or industrial automation
- A High School Diploma and 10 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Requires at least 4 years of experience with field installation, maintenance or programming BAS
- Must have knowledge of Automation Networks
- Requires proficiency in configuring, maintaining and calibrating Building Automation technology components
