We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for a fast-growing tech client. This is a hands-on, execution-driven role. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, you’ll work closely with the entire marketing team and cross-functional partners to drive integrated campaigns, optimize performance, and generate high-quality pipeline. The best candidates are expert tactical B2B marketers with experience in campaigns, analytics, paid media, email.
Location:
5 days in the firm’s Arlington, VA location
- Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid search, social, display, and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with budget and performance targets.
- Manage day-to-day updates and content scheduling for owned channels, including the company website and email programs, with a focus on user experience and conversion optimization.
- Coordinate promotion of key content assets across paid and owned channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Partner with the events team to support targeted event marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are properly executed, tracked, and integrated into broader marketing efforts.
- Administer and actively use CRM and marketing automation tools to support campaign setup, lead tracking, reporting, and data integrity.
- Collaborate with sales and go-to-market teams to streamline lead handoff processes, maintain accurate lead scoring, and support pipeline progression.
- Track, organize, and analyze campaign performance data against defined KPIs, preparing regular reports and dashboards for marketing leadership.
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within B2B or public-sector-focused environments, particularly in technology-driven industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels, including paid media and email campaigns.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, with hands-on experience in campaign execution and reporting.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience partnering effectively with sales and cross-functional teams to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and comfort interpreting performance data to inform decisions.
- Background in defense, national security, or other highly regulated industries.
- Experience supporting account-based marketing or geo-targeted campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in marketing analytics, dashboard creation, or campaign attribution modeling.
