Targeted Victory is hiring interns to support our fast-paced business. We are looking for college students with an interest in Public Affairs, Politics, Consumer Brands, and Social Media to join our dynamic team. TV interns will have access to top digital brands and opportunities to sit down with leading DC executives responsible for many of the nation’s most popular brands and services.

Because of the many areas of specialized work at Targeted Victory, team leads will tailor many of the work assignments to the current and future professional interests of interns. Applicants must be able to work in person at our Arlington, VA office.

  • Help manage the client relationship and day to day operations of the P2P text messaging platform
  • Enhance the customer experience by serving as the client’s advocate for new platform feature enhancements.
  • Serve as the first line of support to troubleshoot / problem solve any issues or needs of both internal and external customers
  • Expert on Wonder Cave’s product offerings to help manage onboarding process for both external and internal customers
  • Onboard new clients and organizations and ensure they launch P2P services seamlessly
  • Analyze client performance and make strategic recommendations
  • Handle multiple projects at a time while meeting client deadlines

This position is for individuals who are self-starters driven to make an immediate impact on Wonder Cave’s team. Individuals should have:

  • Exceptional communication and client services skills
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize and excel in a high-paced environment; time management and organization are a must
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT)
