Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the health science industry, is seeking a Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join their team. As a Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting the Employer Branding and Digital Engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for digital marketing, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Develop and lead recruitment marketing content and campaigns to enhance brand awareness and attract top talent.
• Establish and execute digital recruitment marketing strategies across social media platforms to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Manage email marketing campaigns using CRM technology (Avature) to engage and activate potential candidates.
• Maintain and optimize the company's careers channel, social media content, and analyze performance data for continuous improvement.
• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content and ensure a seamless candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, digital media, business, or related field.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing.
• Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and creative direction skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools, with a high level of organization and project management skills.
