Duration: 8 Months (Potential to extend/convert)

Compensation Range: $37.00 - $42.00/hr

Drive the employer brand strategy for a Fortune 500 food and beverage leader by stepping into a dynamic role that will help transform talent attraction strategies and shape candidate experiences across key business sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage modern CRM technology and performance analytics to elevate brand awareness and engage top talent.

• Craft targeted messaging and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) campaigns to elevate brand visibility among core talent segments.
• Execute social media and recruitment marketing strategies to build proactive candidate pipelines across key digital platforms.
• Manage automated candidate email sequences using CRM technology (Avature) to nurture and activate passive talent pools.
• Analyze marketing metrics and channel performance data to continuously optimize content strategies and deliver strategic business insights.

• 1-2+ years of hands-on recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital agency experience.
• Technical proficiency with CRM platforms (Avature preferred) and digital performance analytics tools.
• Excellent storytelling ability demonstrated through creative direction, copywriting, and copy editing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
