Integrated Producer

The Integrated Producer is responsible for collaborating with business unit Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales Enablement, Events, and Creative team(s) to facilitate the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market and lead generation marketing campaigns and activations. You will manage the overall scheduling, project scope, resourcing, and risks of campaigns from inception to creation. You are responsible for ensuring all campaign deliverables are clearly communicated, expectations are managed, and all assets are delivered on time.

What you will do:

Prioritize, validate, and traffic incoming work based on marketing plans and demand generation goals

Allocate resources by organizing requests in our Adobe Workfront project management tool, assigning task owners, and managing workflows from beginning to end.

Control resource management by establishing the workflow requirements, estimate activity level of effort, and develop and maintain a timeline to ensure deadlines are met Facilitate campaign kick-offs, event pitches, and other relevant meetings to maintain cross-functional alignment

Identify synergies to increase cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Events, & Sales Enablement partners

Monitor progress of projects and move them along to meet delivery deadlines

Manage internal expectations, issues, and project risk by maintaining ongoing status updates with cross-functional partners

Uphold brand guidelines, creative and marketing strategy processes

Identify synergies to increase efficient usage of Workfront for Production and other teams

You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
5 years related work experience.
3 years marketing project management experience.

Proven track record in executing marketing plans, integrated campaigns, sales support and marketing analytics.

Nice to have:

Master's degree in marketing or related field.

PMP or related project management certification.

Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation.

Experience with Adobe Workfront and Jira.

Compensation Range:$90,000.00-$Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process. Salary determination will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience, demonstrated skills related to the requirements of the role, education, certifications, and geographic location.
