Urban Farming Coordinator

As a B Corp Certified organization, we offer turnkey services in urban agriculture to businesses and institutions, providing ecological gardens for fresh and ultra-local produce. Our expertise allows us to cultivate 100% chemical-free crops in various spaces and offer additional services such as educational programs and team-building workshops.

This is a part-time on-site role as an Urban Farming Coordinator in Arlington, VA. The Urban Farming Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of urban gardens, including planting, maintenance, and harvesting. They will work closely with clients to ensure their gardens thrive and contribute to a sustainable urban environment.

• Experience in urban farming or agriculture
• Knowledge of sustainable agricultural practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work on-site and independently
• Interest in environmental sustainability and urban agriculture
• Experience in organizing community events or workshops
• Physical ability to work in outdoor environments and lift heavy objects
• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Environmental Studies, or related field is a plus
