Path Forward is seeking a part-time Seasonal Shelter Monitor in Arlington, VA to oversee shelter operations, safety, and resident well-being during Hypothermia season (Nov 1–Mar 30). The role requires weekend/overnight availability and participation in onboarding sessions in September and October.
Reports to the Assistant Shelter Director and works with Case Managers to progress Individual Housing Plans, while maintaining logs, HMIS data, and compliance with program policies.
