Qualifications and

Experience:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with the plan of care and healthcare team guidance
• Administer medications, provide wound care, and perform basic nursing procedures
• Monitor and record patient vitals, updating records accurately
• Respond to patient needs, prioritizing safety and comfort
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• Support patient and family education regarding health conditions and treatments
