Sunrise Senior Living - - Responsibilities:
Provide hands on care and physical and emotional support as outlined in each resident's Individualized Service Plan (ISP);
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and Invite, Encourage, and Assist residents to participate in activities as indicated on the ISP;
Maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis and ensure safety;
Respond to security system and resident call bells promptly and immediately, including resetting call bells;
Communicate with families and act as a resource as needed
