Outpatient Clinical Supervisor
Inova Primary Care is looking for a dedicated Outpatient Clinical Supervisor to join the team. This role will be a full time days position, Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.
- Supervises clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education.
- Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.
- Coordinates and facilitates patient care progression throughout the healthcare continuum.
- Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education:
Vocational / Technical Diploma in Practical Nursing - License:
Licensed Practical Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia - Experience : 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experience
- Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.
