Ennoble Care is seeking a Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse to serve in the Loudoun/Arlington/Fairfax County, VA area. This full-time role delivers compassionate end-of-life care, administers medications, and supports patients and families to help them reach acceptance and peace of mind.
You will assist the RN with the plan of care, participate in team conferences, and reinforce patient education. VA LPN licensure and a valid driver's license are required; hospice experience is preferred.
