VHC Health is offering a Fall 2026 New Graduate Nurse Residency in the Observation Unit in Arlington, VA. The RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, supervise assigned staff, and follow hospital policies while developing supervisory and clinical skills.
Required are an RN license (VA or Compact), BLS, and a nursing degree (Associate's or Bachelor's). ACLS/PALS/NRP and de-escalation training are encouraged as part of ongoing professional development.
