We are currently seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong psychiatric background to join a Men's Adult Residential Treatment Program. This is a great opportunity for behavioral health professionals who are passionate about supporting adults through treatment and recovery in a structured residential setting.
Position Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care and medication administration to adult psychiatric patients
- Monitor patient status and report changes in condition
- Support treatment plans and therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with facility policies
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents
- Active LPN License
- Minimum of 2 years of adult psychiatric experience
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
