This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.**###

Shifts:

** 3- 12 hour shifts
* ** Shift Length:
** 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM (12 hours each)
* every other weekend###

** Inova prioritizes urgent and primary care, with 23 locations and continued investment in this specialty.
* ** Integrated Care Model:
** Seamless coordination with specialists, primary care, and other services.
* ** Subspecialty Primary Care Options:
** Opportunities to serve unique populations including underserved communities, LGBTQ+ patients, HIV/AIDS patients, and concierge medicine.
* ** Innovative Technology:
** Pursuing Epic Gold Stars Level 9; access to informatics specialists and robust telemedicine platform.######

** Minimum Qualifications

* Education:

*** NP:
Master's in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master's certificate program
* PA:
Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
*
* Experience:

*** Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
** Licensure & Certification:
*** BLS & ACLS Certification
* Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
* DEA License
* Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
** Credentialing Requirements:
*** Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid)
* Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges######
