Responsibilities- Provide circuit restoration, fault isolation, and status reporting services in accordance with DISAC policies and procedures.
- Conduct circuit engineering, system engineering, Quality Control (QC), testing, trend analysis, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with DISA regulations and local JSP policies.
- Prepare and review all work products for technical and grammatical correctness.
- Update and maintain Documentation Style Guides and templates.
- Receive, log, track, and resolve trouble tickets from various sources.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures in accordance with DISAC and local JSP policies to ensure adherence to operational procedures and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of circuit engineering, system engineering, and maintenance activities to verify compliance with established protocols and specifications.
- Develop and maintain a robust QC testing program to evaluate equipment performance, identify faults, and ensure optimal functionality of telecommunications networks.
- Analyze trend data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to address customer feedback and resolve issues related to service quality or performance.
- Monitor and track circuit restoration and fault isolation activities to ensure timely response and resolution of service disruptions.
- Review documentation, reports, and incident logs to verify accuracy, completeness, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and guidance to personnel on QC procedures, standards, and best practices to promote a culture of quality excellence within the technical control facility.
- Maintain documentation of QC processes, findings, and corrective actions taken for internal records and compliance purposes.
- Serve as a point of contact for QC‑related inquiries, audits, or assessments conducted by regulatory agencies or external stakeholders.
- Experience with BICSI installation regulations and standards.
- Experience:
- 3‑5 years of relevant experience
- Certifications:
- CompTIA Security+ CE
- Computing Environment Certification:
- CCNA or CCNA Collaboration
- Clearance:
Must possess Top Secret/SCI clearance
