Position Summary

Nursing Catalyst serves System-level Chief Nursing Officers and their deputies to drive innovation across the nursing enterprise.

Research Analysts are key team members who support the core products of our Nursing Catalyst business: research projects, content development, and other initiatives related to our health system and industry member executives. Nursing Catalyst conducts many of its research initiatives in partnership with member health systems and healthcare companies. Working closely with a broader research team, Research Analysts are directly involved with all daily operations and research initiatives.

Examples of past Research Projects include evaluations of health systems' responses to industry trends (e.g., workforce challenges), identifying new and emerging pilots in delivering care (e.g., virtual nursing), and understanding the potential impact of technology on nursing challenges (e.g., administrative burden).

Analysts are primarily responsible for conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses and developing deliverables (e.g., written reports, presentations, online content) for the membership broadly. Analysts support research interviews, analysis, and the creation of deliverables and presentation materials. Nursing Catalyst insights are frequently presented and discussed at in-person and virtual meetings, shared through our digital channels, and regularly featured in press and media outlets.
