Summary- Ensure bar operations are efficiently managed by thoroughly supporting the manager
- Manage and supervise to provide management tasks and necessary training for general staff
- Provide friendly yet professional guest service
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar patrons
- Take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Understand guests' needs and preferences to recommend beverages
- Manage bar inventory and restock supplies
- Preference given to candidates with hospitality experience
- Experience in hotel restaurants, bars, or lounges required
- Ability to maintain bar organization, manage inventory, and ensure cleanliness
- Intermediate English proficiency and native-level Japanese skills
