SummaryLe Pristine, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Europe, will make its debut in Japan at the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, which is opening for the first time in Tokyo.
What is Le Pristine Tokyo? It is a restaurant and cafe bar, supervised by Sergio Herman, a star chef who has been awarded Michelin stars in Europe for many years, making its debut in Japan and Asia. It offers “contemporary European cuisine” that combines carefully selected seasonal ingredients from the Zeeland region of the Netherlands and Japan. In addition, Mr. Herman also supervises all food and beverage services at Hotel Toranomon Hills, including hotel breakfasts and in-room dining.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of Le Pristine Tokyo Restaurant and Cafe in line with Le Pristine's Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owners expectations, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating ensuring the financial success of the outlet.
Qualifications- Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager in a hotel or restaurant with high standards.
