• Support smooth daily restaurant operations
• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including sales control, staff development, and attendance management
• Plan and execute promotional events and seasonal menu initiatives
• Foster teamwork and maintain high service standards across the team

• Proven management experience in the Food & Beverage division, with hands‑on experience in restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of cuisine, wine, and beverages
• Excellent leadership and training skills with a team‑oriented mindset
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in both English and Japanese (verbal and written communication required)
• Intermediate PC skills, particularly in Word and Excel
