Job Summary:

As Kitchen Utility at Main Event Caterers, you will be a vital member of the kitchen team, responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Your role is essential in ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing significantly to the overall dining experience of our guests.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Cleaning and sanitizing.
• Kitchen maintenance.
• Team collaboration.
• Safety and compliance.
• Logistics support.
• Other duties may be assigned based on the business demands.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Equipment Familiarity:
  Familiarity with commercial dishwashing equipment and utensils.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Physical Stamina:
  Good physical stamina and the ability to handle the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items.
• Time Management:
  Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
• Teamwork:
  Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Education and Experience:

• Previous experience as a kitchen utility/dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays.
