Compass Group - - Responsibilities:
Prepares and serves beverages to guests in the bar area in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner;
Sets up and stocks bar with beer, wine, spirits, glassware, garnishes, and perishable supplies;
Takes and processes drink orders, mixes drinks according to standard recipes;
Checks IDs and monitors for intoxication in accordance with liquor laws;
Maintains bar cleanliness and organization, handles cash transactions and deposits
