Harris Teeter - Up to $29.75/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise up to 80 associates in the Fresh Foods Department;
Assist the Department Manager with overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department;
Perform duties of baker/fryer, cake decorator, Fresh Foods clerks, and chef;
Interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work;
Assist in appraising performance and rewarding/disciplining associates
