ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER POSITIONCurrent Boutique is seeking an enthusiastic and fashion-forward leader to manage our Clarendon location. As Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and lead a dynamic team dedicated customer experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, results-driven, and passionate about developing people, building community, and creating a positive store culture.
The ideal candidate brings experience in retail management, fashion merchandising, or a related field, along with a strong passion for fashion and resale. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while contributing to a business that values individuality, community, and sustainability.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:- 1+ years of clothing retail management experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, retail or related field preferred
- Working knowledge of Instagram, Canva, and Microsoft Office
- Team oriented and sales driven
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
- High energy, and strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of labels and fashion
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays. Must be able to work during store hours
HOURS:
- Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
- Saturday: 11 AM – 8 PM
- Sunday: 11 AM – 6 PM
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales performance
- Oversee daily cash handling and maintain accurate cash flow procedures
- Execute store opening and closing procedures in alignment with company standards
- Train, coach, and develop team members to consistently deliver the Current Boutique guest experience
- Build and manage the store schedule to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency
- Assign, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks to ensure smooth store operations
- Address all customer feedback and concerns promptly, professionally, and with a service-first mindset
- Maintain all store areas to Current Boutique standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization
