Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Costco Membership Desk Representative to work collaboratively across teams and departments, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, and coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met. Other duties include respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, maintain accurate records and documentation, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, along with gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, follow safety procedures and company policies, provide excellent service to customers and team members, assist with processing returns and exchanges.

To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
