Scan Coordinator

Overview

Sprouts Farmers Market, one of the fastest growing natural foods retailers, seeks a Scan Coordinator who is detail-oriented, passionate about inspiring customers, and committed to creating positive shopping experiences.

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly price changes including updating shelf signs, tags, and promotional signs.
• Verify weekly ad price changes, promotional pricing accuracy, and pricing signage across all departments.
• Ensure compliance with all company and governmental regulations.
• Work quickly and accurately to support pricing integrity.
• Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum 18 years of age; high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 months of related experience, training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Approachable, friendly demeanor with a positive attitude toward customers, employees, and vendors.
• Availability for varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Ability to read price tags, create and post signs; require good vision, stapling, scanning, and computer use; capable of using a step ladder.
• Physical capability to lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs., up to 34 in. in length, up to 8 ft. distance for up to 1 hour; expected to walk up to 4 miles in an 8‑hour shift.
• Capability to perform repetitive kneeling, squatting, or crouching up to 6 inches from the ground for extended periods.
