THE ROLE

The Sales Lead focuses on delivering a superior level of customer service, increasing conversion and retention to drive business revenue and inspire brand loyalty. Working closely with the team and reporting to the Boutique’s Manager, the Sales Lead develops new clients, converts walk‑in traffic into ambassadors, shares customized fashion tips, and maintains a high level of professionalism. The role requires a positive, goal‑oriented, outgoing, and engaging personality, consistently taking the initiative to engage with clients and maximizing sales commissions each week.

- Support managers in maximizing efficiency during in‑store operations, including daily replenishment and seasonal markdowns.
- Leverage internal systems to conduct business analyses and track store and individual KPIs.
- Maintain visual and housekeeping standards of the store.
- Operate the POS system, conduct email, opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a clean and well‑organized shopping environment, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, cash desk, and backroom areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Dust and clean shelves, furniture, fixtures, and décor.
- Clean doors, windows, glass, and mirrors both interior and exterior.
- Pick up and empty trash cans, disposing of garbage appropriately.
- Sweep and mop hard floors.
- Wipe and sanitize sinks, countertops, common areas, and equipment.
- Report directly to Assistant Manager and Store Management to ensure high‑quality customer service and efficient operations.
- Provide training to new teammates, including cross‑department functions.
- Support new store openings across the U.S. and participate in nationwide contests to promote team spirit.
All Sales Leads receive daily skill‑building opportunities through hands‑on training in areas such as Guest Experience, Basic Store Operations, Business Acumen, Visual Merchandising, and Stock Management, fostering an entrepreneurial mindset and career growth.
QUALIFICATIONS- Eligibility to work in the U.S. for any employer.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and committed.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- People‑person with a passion for building connections with guests.
- Ability to lift in excess of 20 pounds and perform repetitive motions such as bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and carrying items.
