Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be providing customers with an amazing experience as you help them with sizes, styles, purchases, or returns. You will also set up a clean shop floor, manage the stockroom, process transactions at the till, and ensure all products are correctly priced and meet high standards.

• Provide customers with an exceptional experience, helping with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns.
• Set up a well‑presented shop floor with full shelves, tidy fitting rooms, and ensure the stockroom remains organized.
• Deliver a fast, friendly, and efficient experience at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries, placing products on the shop floor and ensuring correct pricing.

• Passionate about people and creating amazing in‑store experiences.
• Honest, a strong communicator who can also listen, share ideas, and get involved where needed.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with high motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Interest in fashion and the latest looks.
• Preferred:
  Experience working in a busy retail environment.

• Competitive starting base pay with $0.50 increases at 6 months and 12 months of employment.

Starting base hourly rate: $16.25. Eligible for a $0.50 increase at both 6 months and 1 year of continued employment. Pay rate varies by geographic region.
