Part-Time Shift Supervisor

As a Shift Supervisor at Lindt USA, you will lead a retail team to create a positive, engaging in‑store experience for our customers.

• Ensure the store meets or exceeds weekly, monthly, and annual sales plans and contributes to the district’s overall sales performance.
• Model and communicate the store’s sales mission to staff in actionable terms.
• Assist in developing each team member’s commitment to achieving sales results.
• Supervise staff to meet sales goals and key performance indicators (ADS, UPT, conversion, and other sales standards).
• Demonstrate Lindt standards through daily activities (moments of influence, dress code, up‑selling, passion, and focus).
• Monitor and report stock levels to Store Management to avoid out‑of‑stocks, overstocks, or dated products.

• Support the Store Manager with training sales staff according to Lindt & Sprüngli guidelines.
• Help train staff on sales techniques, ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
• Ensure staff consistently demonstrate solid product knowledge and represent the brand accurately.
• Escalate issues to Store Management promptly and professionally.

• Maintain store compliance with company standards for operational controls and compliance.
• Manage inventory control, shrink, cash handling, POS, paperwork, logs, policies, and procedures.
• Adhere to all Quality Assurance policies and procedures.
• Keep the store environment clean and presentable.

• Proven sales background.
• Ability to take direction and effectively delegate and execute through others.
• Basic math and/or accounting skills.

• Prior retail experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
• Regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach with arms.

• High School Graduate or equivalent.

• Must be available to work nights, weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and holidays.
• Applicants must pass a background screening.

$17.00 – $17.25 per hour. Additional bonuses or long‑term incentives may be included as part of the compensation package.
