Territory Manager – Outside Sales
Priority1 is a dynamic nationwide consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services. We are seeking energetic and polished Territory Managers to drive B2B product and service sales from our Arlington, Virginia office.
OverviewThe Territory Manager will focus on new business acquisition, developing and managing accounts, and building relationships with executive level decision makers such as owners, CEOs, CFOs, presidents, and VPs. Successful candidates will grow into senior territory and regional sales roles.
Responsibilities- Prospect new business through B2B, door‑to‑door, and cold calling.
- Generate leads, use CRM to track activity, and set up new accounts.
- Manage and grow the accounts you sell.
All new hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior and management training available later in the career. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR, and includes a 3‑month Fast Start program with upper management field training.

Requirements- 0–2 years of sales experience (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field (preferred).
- Active campus involvement, especially athletic backgrounds (highly recommended).
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and polished appearance.
- Strong determination to succeed and be part of a winning team.

- Base salary: $50,000
- Uncapped residual commission
- $500 monthly car allowance and fuel reimbursement
